Kostikas Renias
Owner / Co-Founder
Kostikas Renias’ pursuit of a career in recruitment started in 2019 upon graduating from the postgraduate course of Global Human Resources in London. With over 5 years of experience in efficient headhunting, strategic talent acquisition practices and end to end recruitment for aviation and aerospace companies, Kostikas takes pride in his capabilities to scout talent that could fit any organisation. Additionally, with long years of exposure in hospitality and office based jobs have equipped him with a deeper understanding of a fully operational ecosystem. Brandishing a people-first approach and promoting organisational cultures based on transparency, integrity and respect for the workforce, Kostikas is a firm believer that adherence to these principles will bring imminent success.

Toledo Koti
Owner / Co-Founder
Toledo Koti is an experienced recruitment professional with a real passion for people and helping businesses grow. With a master’s degree in HR Management and Development and over eight years in the field, he has worked in both advisory and leadership roles, supporting companies in finding the right talent, building strong teams, and creating positive workplace cultures. He’s known for his approachable style, strong communication skills, and ability to build lasting relationships. Alongside recruitment, he’s delivered training sessions, mentored professionals, and helped teams boost their performance through practical, people-focused solutions.
His focus is always on real results helping people feel confident, supported, and ready to succeed.
